Shipping Policy

TIME TO DISPATCH 

We try to dispatch your order within one working day from the time of order - the only exception being customized orders, which will take more time to get shipped. Your shipment will reach you in 5 to 10 working days, depending upon your location.

 

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Please note: Some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees & not flakeston.com. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment. in case of an incomplete address provided by the customers, nothing can be done unless either of the party receives the package. If the package is lost or misplaced due to the incorrect/incomplete address, flakeston.com will under no circumstance be responsible and under no circumstance will initiate any kind of refund.
